Cassie made what could have been a terrible experience, a good one.nnHowever, I bought a torch that cost me $40 and then when I reached out to corporate, I got nothing back. The first torch I bought didn't work at all so I had the employee check the second one in the store and it worked one time when she checked it in the store and then quit working once I got it home. The products are cheap. The only thing this place is good for is the fact that they sell tobacco.nnI wish the situation had been handled better and I had received at least a partial payment of my money back. I could have learned the lesson by not getting a full refund, to never buy anything from them again. But now I'm out $80 since I had to buy two torches and neither worked.

Run by here to pick up cigs for a friend all the time, drive thru window is very convienant. Staff is always friendly n upbeat. Great management.
