McDonald's food is predictable, but the service received can make or break a restaurant. We went through the drive thru first and discovered the order was incorrect. So, we parked and took the receipt in to correct. Simple enough. But got back out to the car to discover it was still wrong. Went back in, came out, still wrong. Manager then gets involved. Attempted to accuse us of stealing food, which was explained if that was the case, we would not have provided the receipt and stated we needed to be charged for the missing items. FOURTH attempt, we pay for the missing items, get out to the car to discover they added additional sandwiches. We gave up.
Fast friendly service. The food was hot and priced right.
Employees are nice always smiling. My order is never wrong.
Always good & we need more McD between Weiser & Emmett..like maybe McCall or Cascade..
McDonald's is always yummy. Though I wish some of the employees were more polite and that the food was hotter.
