I’m a licensed pilot working on an instrument rating. To get some of my solo x-country time done, as well as having an easier way home for a day trip, these guys are the closest to where I am (La Grande) that offer a rental airplane. When I first got here, they were really friendly and helpful in getting me to where I needed to go and what I needed to do to get checked out to rent.nnThey only have one airplane to rent, a Cessna 172L. Really great price at $110/hour ($105/hour if you set an account with them), including fuel. It is very well kept and contains a Garmin 430 GPS. Super helpful for long flights. They do not allow night flight with their rental, something to keep in mind for really long flights. They do offer charter flights in their bigger airplanes and helicopters, along with this one. Although they do not have an online reservation system, making reservations through the phone was easy enough.nnOverall I have had a really positive experience. Would definitely recommend!
