Delta Airlines

We purchased a ticket on Delta airlines. Had some problems with the site. But finally got the ticket. Unfortunately we got charged for the ticket twice. Called told about situation they said will refund it. They didn’t say it would be charged a fee. Called and they said nothing can be done! I recommend you not use Delta. Greedy and not sympathetic to our situation. Will not fly on this airline. Will pass my bad experience to everyone I can. Hope this puts a damper on this greedy airline. We are all suffering but you made it worse! Thanks!!

Recently, when flying home from Boise, Idaho to Nashville, Tennessee, I had a carry-on of valuable artwork, including a sculpture that was meant to be a gift for my wife along with a coffee mug. The front counter agent said that the bag was fine to carry-on. Then, when I got to the gate, the gate agent made me check in the baggage. In addition to that detail, she wanted me to pay to check it in for $40.00. That woman was a real jerk! I tried to explain to her what the other agent said, and she would not listen! These items are damaged personally because of her! You are worst airline in America when it comes to customer service! Delta could learn a lot from both American Airlines I wish I would never had signed up for my Frequent Flyer miles account with American Express because your company truly has a bunch of employees that obviously do not care about the customers and passengers. The lack of response and action with your social media team is a great example! I also submitted a questionnaire with no response when I asked for a callback. They are the worst. Rescheduled flight after flight, downgrades without compensation for money lost, horrible customer service besides one amazing rep in Atlanta. Never again.

They did not let me use the restroom because I was being loud.nnThey are not very nice people I do not recommend.
