Jeremy and the rest of the coaching staff is top notch. Amazing kids class and very welcoming yet competitive adult classes. Great for everyone from beginner to black belt. Highly recommend

Started training here about a year ago and fell in love with the sport immediately. This is a very accepting and amazing atmosphere to train in, even if you have no martial arts or wrestling background! I highly recommend EVERYONE to try it at least once.

Came from out of town visiting family in the area for a couple of days. Decided to see if I could stop by and do a few classes with these guys and I'm extremely glad that I did. These guys are tough and they roll. You can get some quality instruction along with some hard rolls here. I also observed a really great culture for beginners, the head coach paired people up specifically to tailor experience level and nobody was 'thrown to the wolves' or anything of that nature. I could go on, but honestly this is just a really great jiu jitsu gym and I highly suggest it to anyone in the area.
