Western States CAT is normally a good company to deal with. The new Rent CAT store in Fruitland has some improving to do. Rented several items from them recently, the service was below average if they had the item. Twice they have confirmed equipment for rental, and when its the prearranged time/day to pick it up, they don't have it. They are getting better, but still some work to be done. Maybe when they get into the new store and out of that little trailer it will improve to the standard we expect from Western States.

Great place to do business, helpful knowledgeable staff,good selection of equipment, and if you dont see what your looking for there just let them know and they can most likely get it.

Kevin and his team were awesome to deal with. Awesome equipment super happy they are in town. Prices were more than fair for their top quality equipment. I showed up it was ready, clean and did the job. Kevin let me know that every machine is completely sanitized before every rental. That’s great, and keep up the good work.
