I can’t even express how rude and disappointing this dealership is and working with Jimmy Gross. I’ve been all around with my mom looking for a vehicle for her and it’s been rough. Every place has been the same. Explaining to these people what exactly we want and are able to pay and they can’t even help us with that because all they care about is making money for themselves. Jimmy couldn’t even help us because he was too worried about selling us something new when we clearly told him we couldn’t do a new car. And that he wasn’t going to bother helping us because his experience wasn’t used vehicles. For him to pass us off to someone else due to us looking used was completely ridiculous. Dealerships don’t care about their customers only themselves and their money.

This is edward and dale Godfrey we have bought several vehicles from ontario auto ranch. We purchased a dodge 3500 dodge dueley paid with cashiers check bought a Ford trausa paid by personal check . Then we fianced a 2015 Ford focus in July 2018. When we first looked at this car it won't start and it would make weird noise so we walked away. Well the bank told the sakes manger it had to be under 13000 dollars. So our salesmen call us and told us that they had found one and need to come road test. My wife was driving it when the car won't shift won't acclarte so she did a u turn and went back to dealship and it went to shop to have transmission worked on. Nowwe just had in back in Ford shop for work. Same work that was done in July 2018 and in 2 years we will be back in shop for same issue. We are sorry we feel like we weren't treat very good

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! MY CAR HAS BEEN HAVING A NON STOP ISSUE AND THEY HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIX IT. I'M VERY GRATEFUL AND APPRECIATIVE THEM!!! RON HAS DONE AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB MAKING SURE HE ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD OR HAVE!! KEEP IT UP Y'ALL!! DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO!!!
