If you like great customer service, people who care about their customers, then I recommend Hometown Chevrolet in Fruitland. They go the extra mile to get you the deal you requested and then some. First person I worked with is Nathan, he was up at one of the other lots that they have, but he kept track of me and the process from start to finish. Tom was the boots on the ground guy, either of these two salesmen will treat you well, and get you a great deal. The other folks more behind the scenes that care about their customers are Nick, and the finance guy, (sorry can't remember his name) all great people, good Idaho coffee to drink while you work with them.

From my initial inquiry to leaving the lot with my new vehicle, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. Kay was very accommodating and informative regarding the car I was interested in, walked me through the whole process of financing and purchasing the vehicle, and made the process positive and easy! I also appreciated how the financing staff explained everything and worked with me to complete the transaction. This was an easy, positive experience and my 2011 RAV 4 is just what I wanted and has exceeded my expectations thus far~ A big thanks to Steve's Hometown, and definitely worth a drive out from Boise!!

Extremely efficient transaction with knowledgeable sales representative. Easy to use web page to view vehicles. A quick response to an email inquiry started the process which was straight forward. Arrived at dealership and everything was ready to go including a full tank of fuel in the vehicle. I would highly recommend that if your in the market for a new vehicle that you check them out from the comfort of your home.

This was the second time I’ve purchased from Nick and Travis, they gave us an amazing deal on a beautiful pickup. They had Tom the salesman work with us, and they didn’t just pawn us off to him, they were there every step of the way. Travis took us on a demo drive, and explained the truck to us. Travis then worked the numbers out, Travis even did all the finance paperwork. Tom was great after the paperwork, he showed us all the options and features on our new pickup. To top it off, Nick came out before we left and thanked us for our business. Steve’s Hometown Chevrolet has the best staff I’ve ever dealt with, it’s like buying back in the old days, when people cared. Thank you Travis, Tom, and Nick.

I went in skeptical as always when dealing with salesmen and to my surprise this was the most comfortable, trusting, and informative visit I ever had on a car lot. Travis, the manager, came out and introduced himself and offered water and snacks which I find very professional. Christian Elorza, although known very well, was quite professional himself and made my dream buy possible minus the pressure salesmen usually use. Christian was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making this happen for me. At one point the owner came out and said hi and at that point I was convinced this is the place to do business!
