Nice place quite and clean

We love living in Fruitland and this park is in exceptional shape. We noticed they have started adding new homes into this park a few years back and it's really looking great. It's in an ideal location next to Ontario Walmart as well as other places like parks, schools, jobs/businesses, etc.

I’ve lived in this community almost 13 years, it’s been a wonderful place to live. Great management of the park. The neighborhood has been kept up and has been a safe place for our family of six. There is a park right across the way, we’re close to Ontario shopping and #bordertowncoffeeandbakeshop! I have really enjoyed this neighborhood and the neighbors!

This is a great mobile home community here in Fruitland. My family members love living here.. it is quiet, the people are friendly and the management does a great job. I also like that it is so close to Walmart and Mesa Park.
