Caldwell Campground & RV Park

I say a five star rating, but as this is only my second RV park, I have little to compare it to. The space is dirt gravel mix, with 30 and 50 amp spaces. For 2 adults, it is 370.00 plus power, for us, it's about 400 a month, all tolled up. As we pulled in here in October, we really haven't met many of our neighbors, nor have we gotten a chance to fish for bass in the pond, but from what we have heard, they are big, and it is great. Mailboxes are inside, so you can have an address to ship to. Three shower stalls for men, and three others for women. The shower house also has three sinks, two toilets and a urinal....and to date have yet to run out of a hot shower.

I was so excited to move in here... it's a well kept park full of amenities... but the owners are horrible people who harass tenants unjustly... right up to the point that you are asked to move and they continue to beat on your door for reasons that are not in violation of any agreement... I would not recommend this park to anyone under the age of 80 who plans on ever having family or friends visit them there... poor people skills is just one of the areas I'd say the owner should work on... the office staff was always friendly... it's a shame he overshadows any good about the park...

The receptionist was so rude to me when I called to make a reservation. I looked at some reviews afterwards and see its a pattern.nSo I called back to cancel it because I don't want me and my family to be mistreated, which I already was. She told me to hold. So I did for at least 4 minutes, she hadn't canceled my reservation and then said she'll have to call me back. Why couldn't you cancel it when I was on hold for almost 5 minutes after I had already asked you to? The 48 hour notice is tomorrow morning and she still hasnt called me back and I just called and left a message.nThey already charged my card of course, but can't provide any type of professional customer service, or even decent!nIf this is how they treat people on the phone I would not want to know how it would be to live there with kids. No thanks!! How hard is it to be civil and polite? If you don't like people maybe don't work in customer service.nSo rude and i do not appreciate this treatment.

Nice campground, I don’t live here, but my family member does. I come to visit for a couple hours time to time, always quiet and friendly neighbors. Definitely would be a place I would recommend someone to park long term.

Friendly staff and love the upgrades. The maintence people are so good and helpful.
