Manger is awesome. Had an issue with my order and he fixed it when I went back. It was so good and delicious. Chicken was so crispy and tasty. Try the ranch it is Amazing! Will be back again when I’m in town. Thank you so much.

Was very pleased with the service here. I messed up my order and even tho they were busy they helped me fix it at window and wasn't rude and the food was excellent

Was very pleasant! Lady was right on spot with our order. Was nice as we pulled up to window, smiled and was very courteous! Food was delicious and plan to return. Was drive thru not sure if in store available. But was good experience!ud83dude01

As a local guide, I take my star ratings pretty seriously and unfortunately would rate this experience at DQ as a 0 star if possible. Upon showing up, the person at the drive-through was polite and seemed to do a good job taking our order. We pulled up to the window and after taking my money, the drive-through employee asked us to move ahead - not a big deal. 20 minutes later, we got four #5 burgers and no fries - We ordered 3 #5s, 1 #3 and fries - big deal. While the lobby wasn’t open, I went back up to knock on the door and got no answer after knocking twice. One other car who was waiting for a similar time drove away without their food due to the wait. We got back in line, waited some more, asked for our fries, were told the employee gave them to someone else, and waited another 10 minutes (with additional cars at this point) for the same employee to bring out cold fries. Needless to say, I will not be returning and will not recommend anybody going to this DQ. To management: I would highly recommend you go in to your store at night and see what’s going on. I love seeing businesses succeed due to great service but doubt yours will last much longer unless you switch a few things up. You got this - a little initiative, better attention to customers, and a solid crew would make your restaurant a great place to stop.

Hate drive thru!!ud83dude20 They did NOT put my whole in bag! Missing pretzel sticks. Cheeseburgers had more mustard on it than anything else.nnThanks for your response. Just visiting & wont be back. Hate ALL drive thru s!!!
