Very questionable!! Staff is very unfriendly, except for order taker.nnOrdered Popcorn 7.99 box. Didn't check before we left!!! Hardly even full! Was 5.99 box put on a 7.99 box!!nYour reviews aren't very good, hope you step it up.nGet a more friendly staff! I won't be back

Been here a few times now. I get its a new business and you all are figuring it out still but its definitely taking time. Order is wrong/incomplete most of the time, the staff seems very scattered rather than organized, and everytime i get curly fries its 50% curly fries and 50% regular. I am paying money for curly fries. So why am I getting regular as well consistently? Shouldn't be that hard to separate the two. The fries are never filled up either. So thanks for the consistent disappointment. Hope this 2 star rating bumps you guys up from a 1.

Very nice new building. Quick service. However, it seems they have decided to follow Ontario’s rule of always having the shake machine being ‘cleaned’ at all hours of the night due to their laziness of not wanting to bother with shakes at night. Total disappointment. With nothing else really open in the area at night, you’re SOL if you want something cold and sweet. Even with 2 Jack in the boxes now open in the area. Shame. Really need some employees who enjoy their job a little better...

I understand that this is newly opened; however, that is no excuse for the drive thru cashier to give attitude to myself and my daughter. They didnt complete our near $50 order and when we asked for the missing food, 3 separate times, the girls got grouchy. Service was bad and the food was inadequate. I rated them with 1 star and that's being generous.

Order was all wrong. Ordered drinks and I recieved WATER instead of coke! Did not check order til I got home. I live 20 minutes away was not going to drive back. I called phone number twice no one ever answered the phone. Was not pleased with service.
