Got sourdough burger. Bread wasn't toasted and burger was room temp. 3rd time we have tried this Burger King and it seems to always be the same disappointing experience.

My family and I just came through for some chocolate shakes and there is no chocolate flavor in there. We got a crispy chicken from there that was almost all fat. Obviously that's not their fault because they don't check or bread them but still highly disappointing. The shakes were also not blended enough nearly at all. It took us letting them sit for like 15 minutes before we could even drink from them.

This burger king is aweful! The food is always old except for the one time I recieved a raw patty. And i mean raw!! Then the drive thru people always have an attitude and treat the customers with such disrespect. I personally manage another resturaunt and if any of my employees treated people the same they would be fired.

So, I continously go to this Burger King, and the one in Ontario Oregon, however, I've had more problems at this Burger King than any other fast food chain I've been to. Time and time again there is issues after issues, and dont get me wrong, there has been decent times, but unfortunately the bad out ways the good at this point, I've had to result to contacting cooperate because nothing's changed. This morning my boyfriend and I decided to get some breakfast, he got a croissant and I got a burrito with hashbrowns and milk. The milk that was handed to us was expired, and when asking for another they brought back another milk with the same exportation date to which we had decided on a juice. When returning to home, we tried some of the hashbrowns and sadly enough they were horrible. I love these hashbrowns normally, but they literally tasted like bad fryer oil. So with these indications we decided to not eat our food, considering the milk was expired and the hashbrowns were old, or dirty. We both dont want to risk getting sick. It's very unfortunate considering this was earlier this morning and things should have been fresh? To say the least, it will be a long while, if ever, that I go back to this location.
