Won't donate again to an organization that won't give clothing, blankets, nor shoes to those in need and can't afford to pay, this is the reason I donate. This agency is Govt'funded, therefore, any donation should be passed on to those truly in need when these circumstances arise. I've been made aware on several occasions of not only rude, callous behavior but also no compassion nor humanity for those of whom are in desperate need of items donated. Don't donate here, go to Ontario and donate individually to the homeless population on every corner, Your donations are better served there. I'm terribly disappointed and disturbed by every employee's behavior at Wicap. Also of great concern, people have reported food boxes being much less since the changes of whom oversees the food pantry. I suspect employee's are stealing from those they are paid to serve. Will be reporting to the correct agency for immediate review via IRS guidelines for Non-Profit status. This agency will be scrutinized and investigated by the IRS. At this point, to keep funding they'll be forced to change all employess and the Director.nChange is coming one way or another, WICAP.

I took a gal in who had no food and no clothing all these ppl cared about was a photo ID? Community Actions should be defunded by Trump and the dollars given to organizations who are trained to know how to work with ppl of poverty. This Cap agency obviously needs to fire it's director and replace staff. Ignorance and insensitivity are in great abundance here and is a direct reflection of what the director of this CAP instills amongst the employees. I certainly won't be donating ANYTHING in the future. ):
