One of the few banks that make you pay to cash a check that's written from their bank.
Good luck getting them on the phone. There service is horrible all I need is a bank account verification paper filled out but they can't seem to do it.
WORST BANK EVER!!!! Do not bank here! Covid has given them an excuse to provide terrible customer service. They wouldn’t let me have MY money until I told them what I was going to use it for. I had an appointment that I had to get to & needed a cashiers check so I called ahead to have them make it up ahead of time & they wouldn’t do it. Made me wait in the drive through for 20 minutes & I was late for my appointment. I tried to make an appointment to cancel all of my accounts & they wouldn’t let me. They said that appointments to come in the bank are only for people who are wanting to open a new account.
Staff seems to turn over somewhat frequently, but my simple banking needs have always been dealt with professionally.
