I called the store to ask about supplies my elderly father is in need of. I was lucky enough to speak to the manager Mary. She was incredibly friendly, kind & informative. She gave me an extremely positive customer service experience despite the stress & chaos she must be dealing with from this virus, the shortage of supplies & the many grouchy even rude people I could hear in the back ground. She also had an excellent attitude and I could practically hear her smiling over the phone. That was by far the best customer service I've had in years & that was only on the phone. I look forward to shopping in the store & meeting her in person. Thank you Mary for your superb customer service! I hope Family Dollar knows what a great employee/manager you are and offers raises, benefits & bonuses accordingly.
