Don't be fooled, the free trailer is for move ins only not when you move out! Other wise good affordable storage.
Cody is the manager. He's competent very easy to work with. First rate storage facility.
I have been a customer for years. The storage grounds have always been cleanly, safe and not very busy. The owners have been a breeze to work with. The price is competitive for the size of unit I have. I would recommend Access Storage to a friend.
Reasonably priced and the staff was always helpful and courteous.
I provided a card number for them and asked that the auto pay be used. They confirmed but months later I was contacted that they were about to auction off unit. When I called to ask why they didn't send me a letter or call over the last 2 months, they just said it wasn't their job to do so. They ran my card while I was on the phone and it worked just fine! Even if the card didn't work, why wouldn't they call or send me something over the last 2 months? I was still charged late fees and would not admit any wrong doing. Also, unable to get in during the snow since they didn't plow or clear any snow. Terrible service and ZERO customer service. I'll be moving out ASAP!
