Loved it! Their new modern look and location is badass!
I started at Arbor in 2013 and have been a member ever since! I have felt welcomed and supported from the coaches and community since day one. I have made life long friendships at Arbor and I am thankful for this box ever day! I have improved so much as an athlete with the support of this community and awesome coaches. I would recommend Arbor to anyone at any fitness level. Arbor is great because they scale to any ability level. If you are looking to get in shape and have lots of fun doing it, Arbor is the place for you!
Dropped-in from Chicago for a regular WOD. Great facility! Very clean, good equipment, and big enough for large classes without feeling cramped.nnSorry about bringing all the snow with me...I just hope it stays here and doesn't hitch a ride back.
Seriously, this place is the absolute best! The coaches are wonderful and genuinely care about your fitness journey. You are constantly given the tools and knowledge to become a better athlete, and the fellow athletes are encouraging every step of the way. I highly encourage personal training (shout out Maria) because the coaches will help you achieve goals you didn't think possible. Whether you're a seasoned CrossFit athlete or a newbie looking to shake up your workout routine, you won't regret coming to Arbor!
