Jessica is an amazing trainer! She has pushed me harder - physically & mentally - than I ever thought I was capable of. Because of this I have seen my body and mindset change drastically. She caters her workouts to your personal goals & is a bucket of fun and sass to workout with!
I have been working out here with Jessica every weekday since April 2017 and it's exactly the type of concept which has forced me to stick with a long term fitness plan. Working out with a personal trainer every single session forces me to not wimp out which happens easily if I go to a gym by myself. Totally worth it!
