This gym is always clean and I even saw a staff member making repairs on a wall. They care how their gym works and looks. Only complaint is that a few members don't put mats or weights back after use in stretching areas. Other than that, very clean and safe, great energy from staff✨

This is such a fancy gym experience! They have all sorts of workout equipment, a gorgeous pool, and a peaceful yoga space. Even the locker room is a step above and the showers feel spa like after working out. I really look forward to my workouts here, and have found the staff to be helpful and friendly.

Rob Harrison the AGM is AWESOME! He gave my daughter & I a tour of the gym and walked us through all the different amenities Axiom has to offer. Before the tour, my daughter was very apprehensive about joining a gym. Afterward, she was really EXCITED to join! Rob introduced us to personal trainer Jake Wargo. The two of them have helped her feel confident in an atmosphere that can be very overwhelming. Many Thanks to Rob & Jake!

I called the other day to ask why my membership price kept varying every month. The customer service girl was super sweet, told me I would get a call back from her manager to find out more information and never did. I came over from Golds Gym since Axiom bought them out; I honestly never would have willingly came to Axiom as the vibe is terrible. The trainers are always gathered at the front and are never welcoming. On top of that, the new girls that they have in the Kids area are snobby and disrespectful. Definitely going to be cancelling my contract after the disrespect they showed my boyfriend today as well when picking up the kids. Axiom is supposed to be an outlet for people who are working to improve their lives, and if your staff cannot accommodate to that in a positive manner then they shouldn't work here.

This is my main gym!! Large pool and larger working out areas! The best of the locations available in the valley! The staff are great and welcoming!
