Capital Park - South

A great less popular park with a great view of the river. Great toys for the kids and a great picnic spot. Its next door to the Art Museum if your interested in that mind of thing.

SUCH a beautiful park, and close to where my stay was. I was very pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous trees, grass, river, and the strategic placement of picnic benches every so often, some in little private areas in the greenery. I loved this park.

Short mile and a half walk along the Snake River. Icy in spots at this time of year.

It's a small park in Idaho Falls, right in direct sunlight all day. Right off the trail by the water. Enjoy it or don't, your choice
