We came all the way from Northern California to purchase a Jeep and Jack made the entire process very smooth. We didn’t know what to expect as in the past we have had some questionable experiences at other dealerships but Jack was always quick to respond and even help us find a good hotel close to the dealership so we could have a early morning start. Since our purchase we have not had any issues with the vehicle except the battery seemed a little low according to our mechanic and Idaho Motorcars spent the money with no questions asked to get us a new battery even though they didn’t have to. My wife and I were very pleased and even had some time to enjoy the Boise Idaho are which to we had never been. The entire experience was great and we would highly recommend Idaho Motorcars to anyone looking for a fair deal. Thanks again Jack we couldn’t be happier.

Great customer service and phenomenal sales team. The sales manager treated me first class as soon as I entered the showroom. No pushiness, just straight talk. So refreshing. Once I got the numbers I needed, I was out the door with a new car in less than 2 hours on a Saturday with a trade-in!
