Buying a vehicle at a dealership for me, ranks worse than a root canal. Just the stress level of dealing with people pulling tricks is enough to make me cringe. I have purchased Three Brand New Ram/Jeep/Dodge products and Two F150's in the last Six years. I have also attempted to deal with some GM products but again, dealer tactics get in the way of a sale every time.nnThis year, I decided to treat my self to a used Porsche, apprehensive as I was to walk into Lyle Pearson, even with my own financing setup ahead of time, I got the biggest shock of my life. A dealership that actually cares about customers, customer service and going beyond the extra mile. There was no games, tricks, or shady tactics pulled. Even a month after my purchase my used Porsche started developing a noise due to a failing part, which I was sure the warranty wouldn't cover. It was covered. I have to say, from the buying experience, to the service department and even the parts department when buy extras, it has been overwhelming amazing and refreshing.nnThe fact I was also given a Loaner car, was a huge change from me trying to find my own ride to and from work. The Lyft service that is provided was also great from the service aspectnnLyle Pearson Porsche and Lyle Pearson has won my business and when I am ready for my next purchase, they will have the first go. He gave us competitive quotes on an extended warranty, as well as other add-on’s.nnI highly recommend working with LP.
