I spent months talking to different owners and researching Toter-homes for myself to get the best idea of what would best suit my organization’s needs.nnSo much wasted timeud83dude05. I should have just called IWS and talked to Mike.nnIn less than 15 minutes, he asked all the right questions, gave huge insight into all of my needs(some of which I didn’t realize I had), gave me pricing and finance info, as well as a timeline. The guy is just a pro!nnI also love that they post such detailed video tours on YouTube of so many models.nnJust as a disclaimer, I have not purchased from them yet but after vetting other dealers, I will be.

The crew at IWS, specifically Mike Hurt and the person behind the counter at the parts section were outstanding. I phoned ahead to ask about stopping to see some of the Renegade coaches.Ben said come on down! When I arrived much to my surprise the reader board had my name on it welcoming me to IWS. After a short wait and some great conversation with the counter person. Mike came out and introduced himself. He asked a few questions about my needs and what I was looking for. I explained that I had never seen a Renegade coach in person and needed some education. As we walk around and through some of the coaches Mike took the time to explain the different models, floor plans and levels of the coaches. Never rushed, answered all of my questions and was a wealth of knowledge. Really appreciated it. Even when I wanted to buy a couple of fish tighter T shirts the level of customer service was top notch. Bottom line for me if this is level of customer service I received after a visit to look at coaches and buy two T shirts, this is a company I want to do business with and a company to build a relationship with to buy a coach. Really great experience. Just a note of interest. I live in Renton Wa and was in the Middleton area to look at houses. Not a short drive but well worth it.
