I loved this whole experience. I'll start by saying that while I don't spend a lot of time in car dealerships, only buying cars once every 5 years or so, I don't remember ever having a good experience in a traditional car dealership. I'll say that most of them have been awful, actually.nnThat could not be further from true with my experience at this place. I had been looking for something very specific, and had been calling all over the mountain west looking for the model and trim level I wanted. I got the run around from several other dealerships, but when I landed with Darren at Mountain Home, we were able to quickly negotiate a very fair deal (I evaluated about 10 other deals as part of this process.) We did it all over a handful of emails over the course of a day, and he was very straightforward throughout. In addition, he drove 45 minutes each way to pick me up at the airport, the paperwork was all prepared in advance, and not counting a short test drive, I was in and out of the dealership in about 10 minutes. The sales manager Mike was just as straightforward as Darren was, and I couldn't imagine an auto transaction going so smoothly.nnThis place is several hours from my house, and I'll probably do this again because the deal and the whole experience was so good. I highly recommend them.

I have purchased vehicles from most major brands, both new and used, over the past 40 years. I can say without a doubt, this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Melisa, the sales person and Brad the sales manager were fantastic to work with. I drove off in my new Jeep Cherokee, happy with the sales experience and thrilled with my new SUV.

Love the professionalism and always help me when it comes to the care of my Jeep. From tires, to an oil change, to just a check up they are always there to help. They make it a priority to get me in quickly and out as soon as they can. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!
