My first review has some how magically been deleted. So here’s another one. Owner told us since we didn’t “drop” the class by March 15th we will still be charged for April. The governor stay at home order wasn’t until March 25th. I never wanted to drop the class for our kids, rather, just ask about billing since the center is now closed for April and we were told they would still be auto-billing even while they are closed. She said “per our policy”, however, the policy doesn’t say “we can still bill people while we are closed for a full month.” I’ve also asked her via email to call me and she won’t.nnBottom line: charging people for services while they are closed and referencing “policy”. Not a good way to keep your customers.nnI will also be contacting google as I have seen my review and another negative review somehow disappear. Another unethical move.
Great place for your kid to excel in gymnastics. Owner is amazing and professional. They produce winners!!
