For the last four months I have been shopping daily for a pickup on ksl and Craigslist. Thought going with a private party would be the cheapest. On a whim, went to Ron Sayer. Got the best price - by a long ways! Chris Roe was super helpful! It was quick and easy. They even delivered the car to my home 35 miles away. Didn't have to ask. They offered! Totally impressed.

Worst delivery experience of a used vehicle I ever had!!nOur salesman was nice enough to agree on picking up a U-haul trailer for me and drive the truck 60 miles to an arranged meeting spot. When we were approaching the meeting spot I find out our sales man hasn’t even left or picked up the trailer. I got a bunch of excuses(one being he had an unpaid balance at U-Haul. Nothing to do with me)and more promises! Ended up Driving the rest of the way into Idaho falls and waited for the sales man to show up with the truck at U-haul. When he finally showed up(gave more excuse and apologies) he then turned the truck over to us with just enough gas to get to the gas station and NO temp tag or paperwork on the truck. When we finally got the truck home he said he would send us a gas card.. NEVER GOT IT! I did get.. another excuse and more apologies. Emailed the Used sales manager and with no surprise there was no response. I sure hope this was an isolated case otherwise this salesman earns the true definition of a “CAR SALESMAN”. Man up and do what you say you are going to do! The number of apologies and excuses this guy gave was ridiculous! On the brighter side we did end up with a nice truck. STILL waiting for that gas card to show up!!!

Zero stars really needs to be an option. We have used your service center for all of our maintenance on our trucks. We brought our 2019 ram 5500 here over 4 weeks ago. We were told it had a cracked turbo, and our mopar warranty would not cover it due to dirt in the turbo and intake. After fighting we took the truck to another shop, when they took it apart there was no dirt, no crack. It had a blown turbo boot. You tried to charge me $8000 and it only needed an $80 boot. Hire some competent mechanics that can do their job correctly. This cost our business thousands of dollars. We will never be back.

To be honest, I hesitated coming here because of a past experience when I owned a BMW a few years ago and it came back with the hood and roof scratched all on one side after a service. But my oil change was free, so I scheduled an appointment and I opted to wait for my car, since I work in Shelley. It took two hours for an oil change. If I had known it was going to be this long I would’ve asked for a ride or had my husband take me to work. I understand during COVID everyone is short handed, but in that case, don’t over book people or overlap appointments. When I went to the customer service desk to check on the status of my vehicle, two of the reps were busy on the phone, while another was just typing data on the computer. Instead of putting the typing aside, I was told that someone will be with me shortly. So I waited until the next rep was off the phone, while she continued to type. The rep that helped me was quite nice, though. If my next few oil changes weren’t free, I’d go someplace else because two hours for an oil change is awful. Positive note: they cleaned my car inside and out!
