Alpine North Loop Campground

We made a reservation online for a regular spot for $20. Paula is a wonderful camp host!! She is so friendly and very willing to help out with any questions that you may have. There is running water facets and restrooms (vault toilet and no hand sanitizer). Looks like the site has 16 spots. Unfortunately during our visit, the lake was too low and we couldn’t walk to or play in the lake. We didn’t have any problems with mosquitos in September. There is an in-ground fire pit and bundles of firewood available for $6. Be wary that the campsite is extremely close to road, and it is very audible to hear throughout the night. Additionally, we had wailing cattle/sheep a few yards away. The yodeling never seemed to stop until the wee hours of the night

This campground was full and Paula, the most lovely upbeat camp hostess I've ever met, accommodated us last minute, putting us into a nice private spot with a large fire pit. It site and bathroom was clean and well cared for. Definitely will come back!

Beautiful lake and clean campsites. The camp host Paula is wonderful. We almost stayed another night because she was so friendly. Enjoyed our site in the trees by the water. Our neighbors were noisy though and kept my friend awake until 4am. We would definitely stay here again!

I showed up at Alpine North Loop Campground to a full campsite sign. Paula, the park host, kindly greeted me and allowed me to pitch my tent on her personal lot. On top of that, she fed me a fabulous dinner. As of late, I have been visiting many camping facilities across Oregon, Idaho and Wyoming. The restrooms here are by far the best smelling and cleanest that I have come across. Someone give this woman a raise ASAP!

We spent 4 days in site 10, enjoyed very much. The camp host Paula was very friendly and enjoyed visiting with her. Hopefully we will be back one dayud83dude00
