The quality of food and service has definitely gone down over the years. I used to give it five stars, however the last three times I've eaten there the food and service were poor. Last night I ate there. I ordered the coconut prawns. The outside was burnt and the inside raw. The clam chowder was runny and had little flavor. The waitress was never around and we had to go ask the kitchen for salt and pepper. I ordered a pineapple cider and the waitress took it away with about 1/4 remaining without asking me. The house salad was great and the pork was decent. Too much soy sauce though and very salty. It's a shame because this used to be a great place. I have pictures but for some reason I cant post them.

I love eating here!! I have gone multiple times over the years and their selection is amazing. You can get any sort of pasta dish you could dream of, and they have such yummy soups. The seafood is delicious too! It's a perfect place to go get lunch. I have noticed that their portions are smaller on some dishes than they used to be. But that is my only complaint. :)

Food was decent. No refills on drinks. Take cash! It's 2021! A taco stand out of a trailer takes a credit card but not these guys. They have an ATM where the customer can pay 3%. Made me wonder who owns the ATM? Possibly the same guy who doesn't take CC?

I went there on 2/16 because I had heard some great reviews of the place. The atmosphere was fun but all of the lights around the perimeter flickered constantly. The Italian sodas got us off to a great start! I saw Buffalo wings as an appetizer and I was thrilled because I love Buffalo. These wings, however, were a disappointment. You only get 4, which kind of sucks for an appetizer. We asked for ranch (to dip it in because I knew the bleu cheese would not be enough) and they had put the ranch on the bottom of the plate where it mixed in with all the barbecue sauce, completely defeating the purpose of ordering ranch in the first place. The burger was okay. It was served at room temperature, which isn’t a great sign (usually means it isn’t fresh). The fries were well seasoned and I loved the fry sauce, but the fries were either over cooked or old because they had were really crunchy. By the time our server offered desert my husband and I were already too disappointed to even consider it.

This place is amazing! We had the Grinder Burger and Onion Rings. Best burger meal we have ever had! Also recommend the Scotch Ale and delicious chocolate cake! Great service and atmosphere. Defiantly coming back when we are in Idaho Falls again!
