I got nexplanon here about half a year ago, and it made me extremely moody. The insertion was calm and they made sure I felt safe with them and they numbed me good. Today I got it removed because of said mood issues, and I only felt the needle poke. They did a wonderful fast job. I decided to get the copper IUD today and it wasnt as bad as expected and the people did their job well. I fainted twice out of nervousness and panic, but they took care of me. I felt severe cramping and they helped me to make sure I'm okay after the insertion of the IUD. The people dont like to be super personal at all when talking to you and everything is quick and simple.
