I've loved this place in the past but last nite my husband & I had food that was mediocre at best. Chow me in was completely tasteless. Even soy sauce didn't help. Perhaps they have a different cook than the last time I was there. Next time we drive from Yakima to Ellensburg for Chinese food well try their competitor. Greatly disappointed.
Loved the garlic chicken, the chicken pad Thai...a little to sweet, but fresh and hot! Overall, two great meals!
A local standard with some ... not well liked by other locals. The place is a little run down, but food has been consistent, flavorful, and pretty standard over multiple visits.
I felt utterly ashamed to bring my Gf's Chinese family here. Food was very bland and had no flavor.nnI'm all for small business, but they definitely need to change their recipes.
Rewind 2 years. The reviews were right. It was bad. We even called back once because we thought we had the wrong entrees but no the food was just not identifiable as what it was. That's all over though.nnWe got PG as a last resort when Safeway looked pitiful Monday night and HOLY COW. They fixed it. SnS pork was obiously hand dipped. Light, crispy, perfect. Fried rice and lomein were FANTASTIC. Szechuan Tofu was the star dish and even the kids loved it. Great fat egg roll and light tender crispy spring rolls.nnThank you PG were so glad to have you back in the lineup.nnWhoever was at the helm in back that night deserves a pat on the back. Same for whoever noticed the slide and righted the course!
