Usually the food is really fresh however this time the fries were cold, the popcorn chicken was cold..the macaroni was cold and crusted over the only thing fresh was the cheese curds :( Such a waste of $16.00. The customer service is always friendly that's why I gave 2 stars.

A couple of times a year I crave some good fried chicken. I ordered a two piece meal. My biscuit was hard as a rock (couldn't eat it)and my chicken cold. It is 6 p.m. prime dinner time. You would think I could get a fresh biscuit and hot chicken???

Worst fast food. Children running the store! I did an online order and they just sat inside. Wouldn’t come to the door, let my food just sit under the warmer. I called the line was busy. I finally banged on the window and they brought my food... I’m still waiting outside for my receipt....
