Last time buddy's order was off, and was mine this time. Asked for wheat bread, got the standard. Requested no mayo, got plenty. Not sure if it was cause the order taker didn't hear me or slipped his mind, but sandwich was still good... Just not what I ordered and didn't want to go back to have it corrected.

I love your food, subs are the best in vernal and cookies are so good. definitely recommend to every one in town and the ingredients are so fresh but the time of wait for your sandwich kind of sucks.

I have been extremely disappointed twice by this franchise. Once because I forgot to give the driver a tip and the manager said he didn't care. And now tonight when they made our sandwiches wrong and refused to fix it. And by the way, I tracked down the delivery driver and gave him a great tip!

The sandwiches here are devine. I do wish they'd serve thier unless sandwich with Romaine and not iceburg and the cookies have been hard but otherwise love the service and sandwiches.
