I've been training here since its opened. I'm relatively new to martial arts, but I've seen dramatic improvements in my physical ability and confidence since then.nnThe instructors are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the sport. Them, combined with the current students, make it especially easy to start your first class.nnI would recommend that everyone at least come in once, and if it's not your thing then its not your thing. After you walk out of that first class, you're already better off than you were before.

Great facility. The instructors are very knowledgeable and patient as they teach technique and application. I'm fulfilling a dream I've had for 20 years to study Jiu Jitsu and it's a blast each training session. Well worth the investment of time and self.

Price is great, location is convenient, and the environment is friendly and fun. It’s a great workout with great coaches all while learning great a awesome combat sport!

I train here, and it's a great place. Chris, Dave, and Dave are really good teachers. It's nice to have a purple belt in the Basin, plus we're getting some black belts out from the city to help train. Eddie Edmonds and Mike Diaz have both been out, and they're Pedro Sauer black belts. Micah's another great black belt that has been in to train with us. The students are all really dedicated, great, fun people to be around. I really enjoy this school.
