Allsup's Convenience Store

Do not go to the Allsups in Bernaillo, service has gotten so bad and rude. They have made so many excuses of their computers being broken when they need them for everything. They close early when their not supposed too, it only says OPEN 24/7. They have refused my service more then 5 times because I've had EBT and not cash. They should just close up, they've lost so many costumers already.

My wife and I just returned from a 2500 mile road trip through Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado. We stopped at many of your locations for gas, snacks, and restroom breaks. To our surprise, when we stopped and filled up with fuel at this location, we were told we could not use the restroom. My wife entered the store with her mask on while I was filling up. She was turned away. This happened on 06/02/20 at 3:30 in the afternoon. Very disappointing.

Debit card would not work, so tried a few times to get pump to accept it. Still didn't work, so asked them about it. Said, yeah it doesn't work. No other information. I went online to check bank today. Pump put $74 in holds on my debit card, even though it did not authorize a purchase. This place needs to get with it.

Just got gas here and purchased some drinks inside.nI’m on a road trip and wanted to use their facilities. I was informed that there’s no customer restroom. Though the employees were polite, I can’t give it 5 stars due to that.nI decided to go to chevron right next to them and use their restroom.
