Store policy states 2 gallons of milk per customer - effectively creating a supply shortage where none existed before. My wife, while having to shop with our 5 young children, asked for a exemption from this ridiculous policy (mind you our 5 kids were clearly in view). The manager said no. She then gave our children their money from doing their chores so they could be their own customer and buy milk (remember how the policy is 2 gallons per customer?). The attendant, while my wife was continuing the conversation with the manager, literally took the milk from my children's hands, voided their transaction. The manager said that he wouldn't allow our family to purchase more than two gallons. My wife pointed out that the policy was 2 per customer. He said that he was effectively changing it starting with our family to be only two gallons of milk per family. This policy is discriminatory towards large families. Your manager and your attendant are heartless and petty. I will not spend another penny at your store or company. Shame on Smith's. Shame on your manager. Shame on your attendant. My wife has attempted many times to talk to the corporate office regarding this discriminatory policy and nobody has called her back. Very well. Your policies speak louder than your silence. Good bye, Smith's. Good riddance.

Angel at self check out is hands down AMAZING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Smith's needs more employees like Angel, that truly value their customers, treat them with care & sincerity. After my items rang up the wrong price another employee made me walk across the store to show her where I got the items & show her the sale sign to prove to her the sale price. But Angel made the entire experience so much better on top of fixing the issue with excellent customer service. Thank you Angel we really need more people like you in our world that are kind & caring ❤.

I love this store! The selection and quality of the products is great. The store is always clean. The staff are wonderful. Great customer service. It’s easy to find everything.

Great deals and staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. Great stuff here and got some good meat here. Lines can get long to get in right now but not to bad. The line does move somewhat fast ud83dude42ud83dudc4d

I work for InstaCart to deliver groceries for people and I’m able to skip lines. Arrived and was told I had to wait in line. Apparently Kroger decided the skip line rule doesn’t apply. Which is fine I would’ve just canceled the order but I wanted to make sure this rule applies because my side didn’t inform me of this. But instead of just simply getting the manger to confirm he started arguing with me acting like a tough guy. Dude gets paid minimum wage to watch the door, not act like security. Yvette the manager was no help at all. So bad place to shop at.
