Pizza Hut

I love pizza hut it makes me think of high school. When they had the buffet. Fast service and friendly employee. And the online ordering is Awsome. No waiting in line. Just order ,go pick it up with no hassle. They even have no contact delivery by just open you truck, hatch or back door and they put it in and you ready to go. Great Pizza, online ordering, no hassle.

I know this location isn't do that well. Turning away customers so you can leave early, probably not a good idea. Times are hard for most. I bet the owner would like to know that at 1025 PM a whole 35 minutes before they close, they refuse orders for pick up. You call and they tell you they will take orders until 1045pm. But when you place the order, they say that they are not taking orders for the night. ON A FRIDAY. There was an employee and the managers name is Maria. Hadn't attempted to go to this location in over a year because of poor customer service. I won't be going here again. I guess someone should be asking, 'how many people have they done this to?'

Pizza Hut is usually good pizza but tonight they fell short. I ordered a regular crust, pepperoni, mushroom and green chile pizza. The pizza is hot but the mushrooms were still cold, I don't even know how that is possible and the crust when eating it was tough. Felt like I was eating speedway gas station pizza. Really Disappointed and let down this timeud83dude25

Ordered pizza at 6:30pm, was told 40-50 minutes for delivery, it’s now 7:45pm and no pizza yet. I have now been waiting 1 hour 15 minutes. This is not the first time they have done this to me. I think I am done with this Pizza Hut in Bernalillo. Very disappointed.

We Love Pizza Hut but this particular locations online ordering is always unavailable so we are unable to get points or redeem the points we have already accrued. Also, this location still doesn’t offer gluten free crust? Great food but might need some updates.
