Del Taco

Friendly staff, good customer service. They have a huge menu and make their tortillas on site. The only reason they didn't get higher stars is because the wait times for drive through or even calling ahead begin to get a little crazy. At least 45+ minutes to try and get through drive through. Next time I call to place my order, it took a hour and maybe 15 minutes to make a fairly small order of 3 dishes all simple tacos and burritos. Hope they improve this because the food is pretty goodm

We ordered 25 tacos today for a business lunch meeting. When my staff member arrived the tacos were not ready. She was asked to pull forward and wait.nA irate customer in the car behind my staff member began honking and calling her names. She had her young daughter in the car. He pulled up next to her and waived a gun at her.nnMy staff member came back to the office in tears. Del Taco should have had the order ready to go, Del Taco should have in place a better method for drive up customers to wait for their orders.nnWe will not use Del Taco in the future due to this incident.

Taco Bell + better hot sauce. Id like to try the burritos though, they looked good.

Outstanding customer service and food. Restaurant seemed very clean, food was hot, fresh and delicious!
