BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

My family and I arrived as soon as they opened at 11 am. There was only 2 other couples in the entire restaurant. We were seated in the bar area which I dont mind but it took a good 20 minutes before our waitress came to take our drink order. Normally that wouldn't bother me but we had our 6 year old and 2 year old and really like to get an order of fruit or something on its way so they stay occupied. Once she showed up the service was great! She was very much on top of things and had great customer service. Every bit of food was delicious! The kids loved everything, and even stole some salad which my husband and I enjoyed immensely! The margarita on the other hand was not the best. I tried the house first and then top shelf after and neither were up to par. :( I love a good margarita! We will definitely be coming back but with a different drink choice.

We don't go out to restaurants very often as my granddaughter has sensory disorders, taste disorder's and is autistic. We started going to BJ's Brewhouse a few weeks ago. Our first visit was amazing, the service was awesome, our waiter Sinjin was helpful with recommendations on drinks for us and bringing fruit for my granddaughter. The bar manager Valerie and my granddaughter had a wonderful time. Thank you both for a great experience our first time there. Every visit since has been great due to the great staff at this location Thank! Thank you for making our experience GREAT! Kim

Service was slow to start, but once we placed a drink order we were very well taken care of

Always a nice place to take my mom. We have one bartender Rich that we always love seeing and is always so kind and courteous. Great service and that is one of the main reasons i will go back. He never fails and always informs us if there are delays and checks in, no matter how busy he is. You don't find service like that these days.

The interesting variety of food offered was appealing. So we gave it a try and we were pleased. I tried a bowl option and that was delicious and enough for two meals for me. Hubby tried Jambalaya and enjoyed it. We'll be back cause wait staff and manager were excellent also.
