Ruby's Tortilleria

My go to when I need Tamale Masa. Their Mexican Chicharron is yummy. But my main drive is for the corn tortillas. Bestnplace in town and Rio for tortillas when I need an authentic touch for my Mexican Cooking Sesh.

I actually love this place. Would totally give it 5 stars if it were not for the fact that pretty frequently, the flour tortillas smell like fragrance chemicals (this hasn't always been the case, but has been like this for several months now). The corn tortillas for whatever reason never do, and are delicious. If they changed their laundry detergent or whatever it is that imparts the smell of Tide or whatever it is to the food, I'd gladly give this place 5 stars, but being someone who doesn't use and therefore dislikes strong chemical fragrances, can only offer partial credit.

Great place to come and eat. I cant say enough about the food. So Good!

This little gem is tucked Away in the heart of Bernalillo , serving an assortment of tacos and fresh corn tortillas sold by the kilo it's a must for any visitors to our little town.

Tortillas/food are great! As is the service.
