Twisters Burgers and Burritos

Extremely disappointed at this location. I LOVE Twister’s and this location always ruins our burritos.nThey are disorganized and take FOREVER. I understand if we have a large order it may take time but we order 2 burritos, TWO! and it’s such a disappointment every time we go there. The burritos rarely have anything in them and the potatoes are always burnt.nGonna start going to Blake’s from now on.nThey seriously need to get their employees on it.

Just got through waiting 30 minutes for 2 south valley burritos. No crazy line so I don't understand what was the hold back. No apologize. Order time states 1:19 PM and we weren't given our food in the drive thru until 1:48 PM

I can't say, I've been in New Mexico for about 16 years and I've never eaten there, I think I was just turning around in their parking lot. I will make it a point to eat there soon and refresh my review afterwards, I'm sure it's going to be good my friends all say it's great.

Slow. And they used white pepper to make their green chile sauce hotter to the point that's all you taste

Food was correct but lesser quality compared to other locations. Waited for almost 30 mins in drive thru as they were obviously understaffed.
