Mac's Steak In the Rough

Restaurant was 1 hr back logged and was talking orders. Apparently they ran out of prepared food and needed to re prep. Was told a 20-30 minute wait. 1 hour and 10 minutes was how long I waited. They kept the business open even though they were not taking orders and had to turn down customers. Ordered chicken strips, steak fingers and tacos. Food is bland and over cooked. Tacos were dry and a mess. I know that the server accidentally dropped the box and told the kitchen staff to redo it. The chicken was bland, but the crust was good. Steak fingers were badly burned, tough and bland. Fries were soggy and old. The slaw is very sweet. With all the positive reviews I was expecting it to be worth the wait. Considering giving them a second chance due to how the circumstances, but doubtful it will be anytime soon. The principal of sacrificing quality to meet demand shows that you do not care about the food, only short term profit and running your employees into the ground.

Great rough

Manager named Vikki mocked me for having an injury and complained when I was using curbside pick up. She told me over the phone that she does not get paid to get the food out to me. And said that it did not matter what my condition was, I was required to go in to pick it up. What is the purpose of the curbside pick up then? And why is a rude jerk a manager there? Any other employee would make a better manager there. Will change review when Vikki is fired.

The one on the west side is the best...nThe other 2 locations... are not cooked enough..not as crispy...also can u please put a. Location in Santa Fe...Thank You for excellent food

Was kind of hurt by this local business, first off 11$ for double burger small fries & medium drink? Burger was tasty however kind of pricey for size of burger & everything with it. Don't think I'll be back even though I like to support local, price just isn't worth food you get.
