Great hiking and rock climbing, too. Fairly flat trail, easy to follow, lots of fun bridges, and a waterfall at the end.

Great fishing during the spring and summer for small trout. Nice easy hike for families and easy days. Trail was covered in snow yesterday — and we watched the ice and snow on the river finally break through and start flowing again.

Awesome Nature - beautiful well maintained trail, thank you U.S. Forest Service. I could see the trout in the river.nI feel guided to say for those with the eyes to see and ears to hear - please pack out all of your trash!nFor others, consider carrying an empty grocery bag with you and picking up after those less conscious - it is habit for me and the Nature Spirits always reward me for this act of service.
