Efficient and effective, these workouts get your heart rate up and will burn lots of calories in a short amount of time. The trainers here are also very motivating and knowledgeable, a plus for me. Highly recommend it.
This is an AWESOME workout. The coaches are very knowledgeable and help everyone adjust to their levels. Always impressed and enjoy my sweaty time here.
I have been going to the Hit Fit Club for a few months now and I have never felt more at home at a gym. The entire staff (and even the other gym members) are very encouraging and positive. The workouts are different everyday, and are challenging for even the most experienced athlete. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to modify exercises to meet the personal needs and abilities of the individuals they are working with. I don’t have a lot of time to spend at the gym, but I get an excellent workout every time I go to the Hit Fit Club.
I’m so grateful to have found the Hit Fit Club! It’s takes only 30 minute for a full body workout so it’s easy to find the time for the gym! The instructors are awesome, very friendly and professional. I have lost 12lb since I joined and I feel so much more energetic overall! I highly recommend this gym!
This place is fantastic. Hardcore workout in 30 minutes. The trainers are great and push you while still being mindful of the level you are at. I feel stronger already. I would recommend this gym to everyone.
