This group kept us going online and updated the gym for June 1st reopening with a well thought out strategy to give each person their own space and access to equipment for continued COVID19 precautions. It is AMAZING.
If you want to give your child an opportunity to grow both mentally and physically this is the place.They are so passionate about what they do, and have such an amazing attitude. My children expressed they felt welcomed and loved.
Crossfit Thunderhawks a place where both parents and children can exercise and have a good time. I met coach Jonathan today and really appreciate his support and patience. It's been 4 months since my last workout and the group gave me a warm welcome. It’s hard to come back and exercise but this is an amazing place with great adults and parents supporting each other. Crossfit has been amazing for my son (8 when he joined, now 9). He is achieving things he never thought possible. I have seen him grow leaps and bounds, not just physically but emotionally as well. He is now excelling at physical activities that used to be difficult for him, and the result is that his confidence is through the roof. The owners and coaches are passionate and strive to continually improve the program. The environment that has been created is positive, supportive, and lots of fun! I can't wait until my other child can participate as well!
