If you want to FINALLY make the life changes you have been promising yourself for years, this is the best resource there is!nI was initially referred to Vinny by a friend to rehabilitate my shoulder and knees. I had pretty much resigned myself to never being able to play softball again, but now my knees are pain free!nWhen I finished rehab, I wanted to continue to improve, so now I am doing strength and stabilization training. I told Vinny that I want to have Michelle Obama arms and he said that was doable. Guess what, I am starting to visibly see real muscles in my arms for the first time in my life!nI consider Vinny to be my Guru, he KNOWS if a goal is realistic and what it takes to attain it. Given the right tools, it is never too late to get healthy and meet your goals! All Around Fitness is the BEST tool in my toolbox!
This fitness center just sparkles! This is nothing like the old fashioned gyms I grew up with. Welcome to 2019. Everyone seems to get a lot of a one on one time with the owner.
This is a great gym. Everyone is so kind here. They r fully dedicated in helping their clients achieve their goals.
My Aunt and Uncle own this incredible gym, this has got be one of the best gyms in Rio. You can do pound, dance classes, workout like regular people do in the gym area! And get smart water if you forget your water or need more! Love this place!
This gym has everything a free weight lifter needs. Very clean and Vinny is very knowledgeable about diet and exercise routines. Hopefully they branch out to Las Vegas, NM!
