The staff here are really great. Friendly, hard-working and helpful. However the facilities and equipment leave a lot to be desired, as support from off site maintenance teams and franchise/corporate is an area of major neglect. Whenever I visit the Santa Fe facility I am always surprised how much more well maintained the facilities are and that all equipment works as intended and all the toilets and sinks and hand dryers work at once.
My wife and I joined this exact Planet Fitness years ago. We were very unhappy with the gym and especially the manager.nnAfter going to other gyms, we decided to try this. Planet Fitness again, based on recommendations of friends. What a difference. Clean, good equipment and, most of. all, good management.nnI went in with a negative feeling due the the previous manager (some years ago). I met Daniel, the present manager. Daniel and his crew are all fantastic and really do show customer service.nnWe are very happy with this location and it's management. Thanks Daniel.
Surprised on how empty the gym was compared to last time made me feel so safe to work out.
The District Manager Daniel is a great guy amd helps you with anything you need. Also i would like to say something good about Aaron he is very warm and inviting. Also he is a very hard worker always with a smile. Thanks Daniel and Aaron.
