Don't bother looking into this unless you can commit to a massive contract that you may not be comfortable with. Was told a non-contract option was possible, only to rudely be told by someone it wasn't, then placed on hold, because I was clearly a pest to the lady that answered. Was looking for a viable aquatics venue for use to help with my health issues. Clearly I'm not a customer they're that interesting in accommodating. Oh well.
My wife and I absolutely love this gym! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and so helpful. Staff does an excellent job keeping the gym clean and sanitary. There's plenty of space and equipment that any regular gym goer loves to see and use. We waited so long for this gym to open and couldn't be happier that it finally did!

I love it. Everyone that works here gets five stars. I do have only one issue. Not with Define or the staff . Now being a Covid 19 survivor, I really watch people mask wearing. There continues to be one person who doesn't get it. Over the mouth and nose at all times. I know he has been told. I want to say something but Im not staff. If after 1_3 times being told and he is still letting the mask hang down under his nose ask him to leave. It takes one person not following the protocol to get sick or spread it.
Been here a few times, plenty of machines and free weights for everyone, clean place and helpful staff
