Excellent customer service amid a pandemic. If they excel during a crisis imagine how great they are during normal times.
This is the second time I’ve gone to The Finishing Touch to order tile. Each time, Janelle has taken the time to brainstorm with me and provided details for each tile I was considering. I appreciate her input and knowledge. I’m extremely happy with the tile choices I made.
I have been completely remodeling (interior and exterior) a Denver Steel house over the past 3 years. Finishing Touch supplied all of the Hunter Douglas blinds and whole house carpet. They have gone far beyond my expectations to provide superior service. Julio and the entire staff are committed to ensuring their customers are completely satisfied. It is so nice to have this level of expertise and customer service here in Los Alamos. My house turned out beautiful and they truly provided the Finishing Touch.
I will repost after we have done the install. So far, all my details and requests have been answered. My quotation was timely, and the product I order was delivered fast. Good communication and great staff.
