We purchased our first travel trailer and the process couldn’t have been smoother after visiting most rv sales locations in town hands down this one was the best one. Not only their pricing but their customer service was amazing thanks to rich for making the process super easy and also to Uriah for making the paperwork really smooth. They also take their time showing you all the features and how to use your trailer for first time rookies like is. Very happy with the purchase will refer everyone I know to Rich. Thanks again

Ram Motors has the best deals in town hands down! Rich took care of me and my family from day one. His knowledge of the trailers and his professionalism is what led me to buy from Ram Motors. I highly recommend this company and if you are looking for a good deal, ask for Rich! I was also very impressed with Demacio. He set up my trailer today and he gave me a lot of knowledge and insight that is not in the brochure. Overall, I am very happy and will always refer everyone and anyone to Ram Motors!!

I have been shopping with several dealers for trailer and ended up with Ram Motors. Working with Rich Tartaglia was really pleasant. The big difference from the other dealers was that Rich never pushed so I have never felt any pressure from him and others during the whole process. Instead, Rich was extremely friendly and nice to help me from the beginning to the end, including comparing different trailers, figuring out my SUV tow capacity, insurance, and even arranging early trailer pickup (I need the trailer before Spring Break). The financial manager, Uriah, was really helpful to make the financial process extremely smooth with a very low rate. Uriah was also very knowledgeable about trailers, tow trucks, etc. Anyway, this is the most pleasant experience that I had dealing with car dealers. :) Thanks Rich and Uriah.

Absolutely amazing! NO PUSHY SALES GUYS AT ALL!nThey are real easy going team WILLING To HELP! Saturday day 1 We started out with rich and I can’t tell you how many times I called to ask questions for 2 days he answered everything! These guys where so busy all three days we came.nOn day 2 We had most of their sales guys and the owner helping us measure our RZR and the camper to ensure it would fit properly. They also ensure our truck was okay to pull the camper due to our truck being lifted thankfully everything checked out! Still never once pushed usnWe came back on day 3 to sign papers I am pretty sure they had like 5 ppl come to sign papers and as usual we all showed up at once. We where in no hurry so we walked around looking at other campersnBut quick and easy process we will pick up the camper in a few days and be on The road! I will definitely be referring family and co workers

Spent good money with this dealership on a brand new 2021 aspen trail. On day 3 of owning it the awning broke, kitchen table falling apart, microwave broken, bathroom vent won't open. Service department had no idea how to set up a weight distribution hitch. Was told as soon as the microwave came in my trailer would have to be dropped off and all maintenance would be completed under warranty. Took 1 month for microwave to come in and I was emailed that I could come by and pick it up if I removed the old one. What is the point of the the warranty if I am having to do the work? Then I was told if they were to replace the microwave and all the other issues that I would have to wait till March. This means I have to use a broken camper for 3 months before anything will get done. I have contacted Susan and Thomas our sales rep and nothing has been done by either of them. We are completely dissatisfied with this dealership and our purchase. I have pursued different avenues before writing this review and was told my concerns would be forwarded to the owner and obviously have not. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Go to a more reputable dealership that has an ACTUAL service shop and can get your maintenance done that is suppose to be warranty work. They will treat you great when you are signing the paperwork, but once you drive off you are old news. Read other reviews and you can see a pattern. Please do not tell me you can not find me in your database either as I have attached photos of conversations with Thomas your sales rep and Susan from your maintenance.
